Perfect for young bird enthusiasts, the Christmas Bird Count 4 Kids (CBC4KIDS) offers an exciting day of birding and nature exploration in the Howe Sound Biosphere Region. Join local birders Fianna & Blythe Wilde and Candace Campo, founder of Talaysay Tours, on a 0.4km loop trail to identify and count local birds like Great Blue Herons, sea ducks, and Bald Eagles.

After the bird count, gather for story sharing, hot chocolate/tea, and snacks. Bring your own mug or tumbler for your warm treat, and don’t forget your binoculars—loaners will be available for those who need them.

Location: 4595 Sunshine Coast Hwy - Mission House, ts'ukw'um (Mission Point)
