Storytelling Snowshoe

With Georgian Bay Biosphere

Celebrate the Anishinaabek storytelling season with a guided Storytelling Snowshoe at the Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre. This family-friendly event features snowshoeing on groomed trails, storytelling, hot chocolate, and opportunities to spot animal tracks.

Recommended for children aged 6 and up, this free event includes complimentary snowshoe rentals. Please dress warmly with snow pants, a jacket, hat, mitts, scarf, and appropriate footwear. Bring a filled water bottle and your own mug for hot chocolate.

The hike may include hills, inclines, and uneven surfaces, so prepare accordingly.

Location: Meeting at the Burrow at Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
