Planning a Seed Garden Workshop

With One Straw Society

Kick off the planting season with One Straw Society’s annual Seeds of Spring series! In this hands-on workshop, Stephanie Grindon from the Gibsons Seed Sharing Library will guide you through the exciting process of planning a garden, planting seeds, and saving them for future harvests. After the workshop, you’ll have the chance to plant your own seeds to take home and nurture. This event, part of a community-focused series, highlights the power of seed exchange in keeping our ecosystem healthy and rich. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow garden enthusiasts and food producers in the Howe Sound Biosphere. Hosted by The Sunshine Coast Seed Saving Collective and Gibsons Public Library, this is an event you won't want to miss!
